DELIVERY AND CREDIT INFORMATION The sale of all goods are subject to the terms and conditions stated below. By accepting delivery of any goods it is understood that these terms and conditions are satisfactory to and accepted by the customer, unless specifically agreed to in writing by Action Packaging. ¨ Our regular service area includes Aurora, Arvada, Boulder, Brighton, Broomfield, Castle Pines, Castle Rock, Centennial, Cherry Hills, Cherry Creek, Commerce City, Columbine Valley, Dacono, Denver, Edgewater, Englewood, Erie, Federal Heights, Firestone, Fort Lupton, Frederick, Glendale, Golden, Greenwood Village, Highland Hills, Ken Caryl, Lafayette, Lakewood, Littleton, Lochbuie, Lone Tree, Longmont, Louisville, Morrison, Northglenn, Thornton, Parker Rock Creek, Sedalia, Sheridan, Superior, Westminster and Wheat Ridge. See our delivery information page for more information … Delivery Information ¨ Orders outside of our normal service area are subject to delivery charges. ¨ Products shipped out of our service area will have freight or delivery charges added, FOB Northglenn, CO. ¨ It is your responsibility to inspect any merchandise delivered or shipped to you. Claims for damaged or shorted merchandise must be noted on the bill of lading and filed with the carrier immediately. If you wish to return merchandise, please call our office to make arrangements. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and be in condition suitable for resale before credit, refund or exchange will be granted. Returns are subject to a restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse returns. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from delivery. Special orders of custom manufactured items cannot be returned. ¨ Having no control over the use of the products we sell, we assume no liability connected with their use. Under no circumstances are we liable for any loss, damage or expenses of any kind arising out of the use of or inability to use our products. The customer acknowledges that he is not relying on Action Packaging’s skill or judgment to select or furnish goods suitable for any particular purpose and that there are no warranties that extend beyond those set forth on the product packaging, if any. ¨ Action Packaging’s liability for breach arising out of the sale of goods shall be limited to the purchase price of the goods. In no event shall Action Packaging be liable for any special, consequential, incidental, indirect or other damages (including without limitation loss of profit) whether or not Action Packaging has been advised of the possibility of such loss, however caused, whether for breach or repudiation of contract, breach of warranty, negligence, failure to deliver or under any other theory of liability. ¨ All products are manufactured within industry recognized standards. Tolerances may vary according to the product line. Please contact one of our sales representatives for information regarding any applicable industry standards. The warranty of all products are limited to the manufacturer’s product warranty. ¨ We submit invoices for payment on a Net 30 day basis to accounts with approved credit. Unless you have established credit with us, orders will be accepted on a prepayment or COD basis. We accept cash, checks, VISA and MasterCard. ¨ Accounts over 30 days old will accrue 1.5% monthly finance and / or collection charges. A $25.00 handling fee is assessed on all returned checks. If you have any questions about your account, invoices, credit terms or for other administrative information, please call our office at 303- 453-1549. ¨ We are required by law to collect all applicable state, county, local or district sales taxes, which will be added to your order total. If you claim a tax exemption, we require a copy of your certificate for our files. ¨ We make every effort to maintain prices as printed, however due to market conditions or printing errors, all prices are subject to change without notice. |

Action Packaging has grown steadily for over 20 years by offering truly competitive pricing and providing the best service in the region. You can place an order with us by calling us, faxing it in, or you can send it via e-mail to ... info@DenverBoxes.com. We will then contact you to confirm the order and clarify any questions we may have. We continue to process orders until 8 AM … if you call us by then, we will probably deliver it the same day. Unless you have established credit with us, we require that the order be pre-paid or COD. We can accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, a check or cash (at our location, as our drivers cannot accept cash payments for an order). If paying by check, we require the ID of the person signing it be available. If you are tax exempt, we are required by law to maintain a copy of your certificate for our files.
