Denver Boxes is a distribution company. We take orders from 8AM to 3:00PM, Mon-Fri, by phone (303-453-1549) or e-mail ([email protected]) and make deliveries throughout Denver Metro and Colorado’s Front Range the next business day. If you don’t get a return confirmation of your e-mail order, call us … we may not have received it. Unless you are an established client, you must call us to place an order and to make arrangements for delivery and payment. We require 1st time customers to provide a credit or debit card … we can process VISA, Mastercard or American Express cards. We can accept cash payments only at our location.
If we receive your order by 3:00PM, it will normally get to you the next business day (not a guarantee). We charge 5% of the invoice total to deliver within our normal service area and we assess a $10.00 fuel surcharge per delivery. We cannot arrange for specific delivery times, but we can provide an estimate after we’ve set up our driver’s routes. If you need your order ASAP or within a certain timeframe, we will do our best to arrange our driver’s routes to accommodate you. Whether we are delivering to your home or business, we do expect that someone will be present to inspect and sign for the order. You can call to see if other arrangements can be made.
We do not stock all of the products we offer. Those we don’t keep in stock we pick up from a warehouse supplier at the start of our routes. If you wish to pick up an order at our location, call us, as certain items may not be available till the next day. If an item you’ve ordered is not available to us, it will be backordered to you. This will be indicated by the driver on the invoice or delivery receipt that comes with the rest of your order. You may cancel backordered items immediately, or we will deliver them when they become available (no fee). Returns or refusals of items ordered are subject to a re-stock fee of 15% or more. We will either pick up any returns when we deliver a subsequent order, or they must be brought to our location. All returns must be in a condition suitable for subsequent resale. Orders for custom made materials cannot be returned for credit. Denver Boxes reserves the right to limit, or refuse to make deliveries, at our discretion.

Aurora, Arvada, Boulder, Brighton, Broomfield, Castle Pines, Castle Rock, Centennial, Cherry Hills, Cherry Creek, Commerce City, Columbine Valley, Denver, Edgewater, Englewood, Erie, Federal Heights, Firestone, Frederick, Glendale, Golden, Greenwood Village, Highland Hills, Ken Caryl, Lafayette, Lakewood, Littleton, Lone Tree, Longmont, Louisville, Morrison, Northglenn, Thornton, Parker, Sedalia, Sheridan, Superior, Westminster, Wheat Ridge … and almost everywhere in between.
Depending on our driver’s daily routes, we may not make it to every city on a given day.
